Just a quick note to thank you and Greg very much for helping us out with our Merlin garage door motor.

Rob from Merlin was on site today, even earlier than he had anticipated and had the motor fixed and working in no time at all.

Greg’s diagnosis of the problem, his organisation of Merlin to attend, and his estimation of when they’d respond, were both spot on.

We’re thrilled to have the door back in action again.

Just have to let you know I have always hated the look of garage doors on any house and always feel it spoils the look of a house and makes it look like a vault and out of place
Underground was always my preference for a garage door

After seeing our garage door today on our house I can honestly say it is one of my favourite features of our house
